WP installation, login

Hello,
I’m new at this, and I have two problems.
Two weeks ago I bought a new Go Daddy (Deluxe) domain, http://justice-liberty.com, and installed WordPress on it. Somehow the “wp-config.php” file got corrupted, and I deleted it to reinstall a fresh config file. I couldn’t do so because I forgot the database password and/or the username. I’m told now that I should delete and reinstall the whole WordPress software. Meanwhile, I don’t have access to this new domain.
Two, I have an old domain, http://islam-and-west.com, which has got locked, perhaps because I ignored their message to “update” the password and made several unsuccessful attempts to log in with the existing password. So I don’t have access to this site, either!
I have tried unsuccessfully to sort these out with the help of folks at Go Daddy support. They have advised me to ask for help at this forum. So here I am.
I would much appreciate it if you would let me know how to resolve the two problems.

It looks like you’re being prompted to create a wp-config.php here: http://justice-liberty.com/wordpress
You can find your connection strings by following these instructions:
http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/3323
Here’s how to reset the database password if you don’t remember:
http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/3310
I am able to access the other site at: http://islam-and-west.com
What do you mean that it’s locked?

Thanks a lot, Christian, for being very helpful.
I just looked at “article/3323.” It begins with the instruction: “Log in to your Account Manager.” The problem is that I can’t log in to the site. Following another Go Daddy tip, I have just deleted my Mozilla Firefox Cache file and tried again to reset and then retrieve my http://islam-and-west site’s password so I could log in. That produced the message that I should contact the Customer Service. I have been consulting the Customer Service for days, to no avail.
I’m delighted to hear that you could log in to my islam-and-west site from your end. Can you tell me how I can log in to that site from my end? That would win me half the battle. Once I can log in to the Islam-and-west site, I can proceed to reinstall WordPress, via FTP, on my justice-and-liberty.com site, right?
Thanks again.

@whymihere
Just wanted to check in and make sure you were able to gain access to your account. Previously, Christian was stating that he was able to view your website online. We do not have access to your account information through the forums.
Keep us posted!

Adam, thank you for checking in. I have hired a guy to develop my new site: http://justice-liberty.com. So far he hasn’t done much. He has resolved my problem of access to this site. But he can’t help me back up my files in Dropbox, which doesn’t accept any of my e-mail addresses and perhaps passwords! Neither can he help me back up the site in my external hard drive. Can you or anyone else help?
Thanks a lot.

Folks, my site hacked once, and I am concerned about its security again. Someone whom I gave access to the site is acting suspiciously, and I didn’t save a copy.
I would appreciate your help with securing my sites: http://islam-and-west.com and http://justice-liberty.com/wordpress.
Many thanks.
