All is well with first test of CONTACT data entry. However, once USER clicks SUBMIT, they are left on the same dat entry page with cleared forms. How does one have a “Thank You” or post SUBMIT screen or window appear after the USER successfully enters their CONTACT info.
Thanks
Dave

You can redirect users to another page by customizing the JavaScript of the widget. Some examples of how to do this can be found here:

@ibpayne,

Hey there’s actually a super easy way to redirect your user after the submit. Here are the steps:
1. First create the Thank You page you want them to land on.
2. Grab the URL of the Thank You page.
3. Edit your Easy Database widget.
4. Add the URL to the field that says Redirect URL on the right side of the page.

Let me know if that helps,

DS

Both leads are great – clearly I missed the Redirect URL field.
Thanks

Is there a way to forward input information one form to another page?

What you have described might be possible, but it would require some advanced custom scripting.
