4GH Email offer is not right

i just bay my hosting paln (linux plan) in this plan you offer 1000 email account with 1G storage space , after i finished my shoping i found that its only one email with total storage space 1G… please i need help how to fix this problem at lest how i can found,, low cost soultion,

If you purchased the Ultimate Hosting plan, this did include 1000 free email addresses. You will see the free hosting credits listed as “EMAIL – FREE HOSTING (100MB)” You should have 10 plan credits total, where each plan allows you to setup up to 100 addresses each. To setup these free addresses, you will want to refer to the information provided in the following article:

you mean each email storage size is 100Mb this is not shown in the offer the offer says 1000 email account and the storage = 1G please if its like this how i can have 30 50 email account with box storage (size) 1GB for each at least..
if this is not possible how i can get my money back.
its very urgent for me.

As is indicated by the plan credit, the total size is 100MB to be allocated between the addresses you have setup. With 10 credits total, that total size comes to 1GB as offered by the Ultimate Hosting plan.
If you are needing over 30 – 50 addresses that are over 1GB each, then the free credits offered by the hosting plan would not be appropriate for this purpose. Instead, you may need to consider our Unlimited Email Plan which allows unlimited space to be allocated for your email addresses. Keep in mind the base Unlimited Plan allows the setup of 5 email addresses with unlimited storage to allocate for each address. You can add additional addresses at anytime as indicated in the following article below:
