When someone send an email thru googlemail servers, they receive error 550 550 5.7.1 SPF Unauthorized mail is prohibited (state 15)
Is there something I can do to prevent this?
Thanks in advance

An “SPF Unauthorized mail” error indicates that the server the email was sent from is not in compliance with the Sender Policy Framework (SPF). The domain administrator specifies what outgoing mail servers can be used to send messages, and the SPF rejects messages that the administrator does not authorize.
If you have senders attempting to contact you that are encountering this error, they will need to contact their domain administrator to determine what servers can use to send messages from, and then update their accounts with the correct server information.

I am having 2 domain’s.
For abc.com we have in house Excahnge 2003 Server and MX records with Godaddy
For xyz.com we have taken E-Mail Boxex from Godaddy.com
There are few common employees for both abc.com and xyz.com, so we have created E-Mail ID’s at both domains.
now the problem is i have created a external contact in abc.com’s in house exchange server for xyz.com and enabled dot forwarding from abc.com to xyz.com
Example: My mail id is firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
One of my colleauge who is using a Blacberry Device will send an E-Mail from his id (firstname.lastname@example.org) to me at email@example.com, it hits my abc domain and ireceive the mail on abc doamin mail box, also we have enabled a dotforwarding any mail comming to firstname.lastname@example.org should also go to abc.xyz.com. the sender will get a NDR as abc.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited.
This is happening only while sending from Blackberry Device, if the same user sends from Outlook i will receive the E-Mail on both Domains.
Please let me know what and where should i do the settings.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to advise where you need to apply specific DNS settings or SPF policies for your domain to allow mail sent from Blackberry devices to be received.
As it is only the Blackberry devices that are encountering this issue, you may want to contact their support for further assistance as to why this occurring.
