552 Errors With Office 2010 and Outlook

We are currently in the process of improving our filtering system, and are continuously tuning it as it is rolled out. Please provide copies of the original email that was being sent out that triggered this error. This information is critical to our efforts in improving the filtering process of legitimate messages. They can be sent directly to support@godaddy.com.

Jason, You (GoDaddy) has anumber of my emails that have failed. I have an incident number as well. I have tried different outgoing port numbers and it fails on all different kinds of emails. This morning it failed on a simple text message I had composed. No attachments or any other enhancements to mention. Just plain text. I sent it to support along with the 552 message. This is a serious issue. For those of us who depend on email, I’d rather be responsible for gaurding against viruses myself than to have my emails blocked. I am sure you know we are paying for a service we are not receiving. If not fixed, I am sure you know what those of us who depend on the service have to do.

I have the same problem suddenly with 502 and 552 errors – we depend upon email for our business and need a solution ASAP.

One of my accounts is also receiving this error. I currently have 6 accounts with GoDaddy only 1 using email and having the problem. I am currently looking at other hosting possibilities if this is not fixed I will move all 6 accounts off the GoDaddy servers! All I want is an answer as to why this is happening and don’t say you are updating your spam filters.
