We’ve just setup a new account with GoDaddy and emails are setup but no one can create the account on our phones. We’ve tried using imap and pop but no such luck. Android states “Can not connect to server” and iphone was similar. I already have email on Android thru Corporate Sync and assume this is how I use it thru here for a second email. Any suggestions?

You would not want to use Corporate Sync when setting your client to connect to our servers. Please review the settings with the assistance of the following article:

Then the only other add account on Android Droid X is “email” which only asks for email address and password leading to “ERROR. THERE WAS AN ERROR CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT. pLEASE TRY AGAIN.” I know the user and pword is correct for I can log in thru my computer.
