can not receive email from outside

What is the domain name the email address is for? Also, can you elaborate more on the specific error message senders are getting when trying to send to you? Please be sure to not include the full email address over an open forum.

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem. My email was working fine when I was using POP. I have just moved to IMAP and now everyone who is sending me an email is getting their email bounced back with an error:
does_not_like_recipient./Remote_host_said:_550_#5.1.0_Address_rejected
I am in Dubai and I am sure my server settings are correct:
imap.asia.secureserver.net
smtpout.asia.secureserver.net
My email domain is @bodyberries.com

A bounceback such as the one you have described is something we would need to review a complete copy of to determine why the messages are being denied. You will need to reach out to our Live Support via email at support@godaddy.com with an attached copy of one of the bounced messages the senders have been receiving.
