Can receive, can’t send emails

I’ve recently setup my email account and can send emails from there. I’m unable to receive emails though. Please suggest what I need to check. Thank you,

If you can send but can’t receive, I would probably check the MX records for your domain. Typically when sending works, but receiving doesn’t, then it’s an indication the MX records aren’t correct:
Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center
If they’re not correct, and the domain points to our nameservers, you should have a link available to automatically update the MX records. If the domain points to third-party hosting nameservers, you would need to update the MX records with your hosting provider.
