Cannot receive emails or send emails on iPhone

I have an iPhone 4S and cannot receive or send emails anymore. I could with no problem and then all of a sudden couldn’t without changing any settings.
It now periodically receives and shows emails in the in box, but never sends and mostly never shows emails in the in box
I have troubleshooted with my IT guy on your site to no avail.
All settings are correct, have turned SSl on and off, please advise.

I would recommend making sure that you are able to send/receive using our Web-based email services. This would ensure that the email address itself is not at fault. If you are able to send/receive using our Web-based email services, please:
• Remove the account from the phone.
• Restart your phone.
• Attempt to add the email account using these steps.
