Can’t log on to email

I can get to the log on page but it doesn’t connect to my email when I’m in the office. At home there is no problem. Any ideas?

@Nick S It may be possible that connections to our server aren’t allowed from your office. Have you tried accessing email on a different browser? Otherwise, you might try adding your email address to an email client on your office computer to see if that works. However, keep in mind that some businesses utilize blocks to prevent certain sites and services from being accessed on their network, so you might need to check with your IT team to see if that is the case.
