can’t send (compose) or reply to e-mails

When I try to send or reply to an email the “send to” window does not fill in, the subject line is strangely highlighted and I get a “turning wheel” saying “loading …..” where the message would normally go. This just started happening this AM, for no apparant reason. I have restarted the computer, no change.

Sounds like this issue could be tied to the browser that you are using. Have you tried using another browser to see if the issue still happens?

Glad to hear that worked for you. Sometimes when add-ons are added to browsers they can cause conflicts with web based applications. If you have any on your other browser, try to disable them one by one and see if it resolves the issue.
