Hi,I am an IT Admin, I was just thinking if we can receive all outgoing emails on each of the email address under our domain name for security and customer service purpose.

There is no way to catch all outgoing messages in the account. The only way this would be possible in Web-Based email is if on every sent message a Carbon Copy (CC) or a BCC is sent to a another address.
