Custom Newsletter PHPMail or sendMail

We have about 1K mails in our data base hosted somewhere else, for the last month we have had some problems sending newsletters to our clients and subscribers, the news letter contain some updates on our services and a few general news.
since our database is not that big we have made 3 groups, morning news, afternoon news and late news, that way we can handle the restriction on that hosting which is 500mails/hrs using PHPmail algorithm.
We want to move from their hosting to Godaddy hosting services, but before that we would like to know whats the restriction on mass mail for the sharing hosting on Godaddy.
We already have 2 hosting here on Godaddy but we don’t use mass mail yet, so we would like to know that information.

We have a limit of 1000 emails per 24 hours sent from our hosting services. Additionally, we have a variable rate limit to prevent resource abuse. Our Web Hosting services are not designed to be used as mass mailing platforms. If you are looking to send emails to a larger number of users, you may want to review our Express Email Marketing service. Additional information on this service can be reviewed here:
