Delux e-mail plan EU – lost content

I bought and use Deluxe Hosting & Email Package – 1 Year – EU , after renew and pay the service bill in the correct time, all information in my e-mail boxes were lost. The GoDaddy can’t restore the content and paid boxes were cancelling. I can’t use paid service about one month. I got a lot of reply from GoDaddy teem, but generally with “SORRY and ping-pong”.If somebody have the same problem with product renovation, and can help, please reply.

Emails would not have been deleted if they have been paid already. If the emails had ended up being canceled due to non-payment, unfortunately, Go Daddy isn’t able to restore email address content in EU email plans. To ensure that your products do renew correctly, you may want to make sure to keep your payment methods up-to-date:
