Dropping letters when typing email

Constantly dropping letters, spaces and ect. when typing emails. Does not do this when using MS Word or any other form of input. I am using IE for my emails.

It sounds like the issue is browser related. I found a great article on the Microsoft forums with a couple of good ideas that might be worth trying:

Thanks. I think you are correct that this is a browser issue because I have no problem typing on your reply screen. I will follow up with Microsoft.

I have been talking to other people and they think it is my email client. I use Workspace Webmail for all my emails.

Do you have a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox that you can test in?

I loaded Chrome and don’t seem to have the same problem.

On one front, that is great news. Knowing that you prefer IE, disable any plugins you have on the browser and see if that resolves the issue.
