Email address not receiving content

Email address is set up fine. I can access it on the web mail. However, it won’t register on my iPad or iPhone, and when I attempt to send emails to that address, I get delivery notifications to say that they cannot be delivered.
I’ve checked the webmail inbox and it seems to be fine. Any help?

So it sounds like you are able to send and receive email in webmail, but not on an email client. I would advise reviewing the following link for instructions on setting up email addresses with iPhone/iPad.
If the setup appears to be correct please clarify if you are receiving a bounceback or an error message when you are attempting to send an email, and if you could provide the exact error while omitting any real email addresses we will attempt to further assist you.
