I registered a domain with you and I get a free email. Now I am setting account, I choose the eu countries choice and I went on then I get the form to choose my e mail name but I noticed that account is @myname.com while I registered the domain @myname.it what I am supposed to do? I want an email like @myname.it.
Thanks

@sagredowsky,

It sounds like you are needing the steps to creating an email account. You may find this by visiting the following:

Setting up Your Email Account in the Email Control Center

Also once the email account is created, to ensure the Domain is pointing to the Correct MX Records you will want to follow the steps in: Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center.

Shed,
I did all the steps and I’ve got just to add the first part of my new email address but domain’s name is wrong I registered a domain like myname.it not mydomain.com. How can I check or change domain’s name on email account settings?
I have just this domain with you so it is impossible that I checked wrong boxes.
Thanks

@sagredowsky,

While selecting the Domain name from the drop down menu would force you to choose a Domain in the account it does also allow the Domain name to be typed in that field.

What I would suggest is to delete the wrong Email account you created then follow the steps once more and ensure that the correct address is used.

Deleting Email Addresses from Your Account
