need to forward incoming and outgoing mail of one email account to another. How is this done?
JustinC said 1 year, 2 months ago:
You can only forward incoming mail, you can’t forward outgoing mail at this time:
One thing to keep in mind here is if address A forwards to address B and address B forwards to address A then it will create a loop. This will cause emails to try to continuously forward from one to the other and back. This will eventually cause the sender to receive a bounceback.
You may want to consider other options. What is the goal you are trying to accomplish for these email accounts? We may be able to provide better options if we know what you want this to actually do.

Three years ago I set up to send email carbon copies to another email. I want to cancel it but can’t find out how as I keep getting directed to set up a new email forwarding account, which I don’t want to set up, but I can’t figure out how to cancel what I have.

If it is a Carbon Copy, you will want to review the settings on your current email addresses, not the forwarding accounts. The link that @Justin posted will take you to the area where you can view/edit existing addresses, including the CC.
Hope this helps,
