I have set up my free email account with my domain and have sent out a few emails. I have been notified by some of the recipients that my mail was found in their spam folders. Upon checking with blacklistalert.org I find that godaddy server ip address ( sg2plwbeout19-1.prod.sin2.secureserver.net)is blacklisted at dnsbl.justspam.org and l2.apews.org. Is this the reason for my mail being diverted to spam folders. Kindly advise as to how to rectify this. Appreciate the assistance. Cheers!

@domainmax

Thank you for bringing this listing to our attention.

Our email administrators make every effort to maintain compliance with each RBL service and strive to provide the most reliable email services available. Each RBL maintains there own set of rules to identify SPAM and occasionally one of our servers can become listed because of this.

Our email administrators are already actively working to get the affected IP’s removed from the Spamcop RBL. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution in this matter.
