Email not coming in from Contact Form

Hello,
We have a website hosted at Cubender. Our website Contact Form sends inquiries to our godaddy email address. They do not come through. We have been troubleshooting with Cubender all week. They are stumped.
If I change the settings to point to a Gmail email address, the contact emails come thru. Change it back to godaddy and nothing.
To further test, I created a 2nd godaddy email associated with another domain I have on godaddy. I changed the Contact Us form settings to point to that email, and those emails do not come through either.
We were dealing with Cubender because we thought it was on their end, but once I changed it to another domain email address we concluded the emails are being blocked somewhere.
ps. We have the spam blocking turned off just to assure that was not the problem.
Do you have any ideas on why a Cubender email address is being blocked?

Without being able to review the bounceback that is being generated, it is difficult to determine why the emails are being rejected. You may want to set an email address for the rejection notices to be sent to so you can more accurately troubleshoot the issue.

I sent your response to them. The problem is that we don’t see the bouncebacks on our end, and if they had bouncebacks I think they would have mentioned it. Once I go to the settings and change it to gmail, all the emails come streaming thru. I am very perplexed.

I spoke with them, they do not receive anything back. The emails are not bouncing they are just going “somewhere”. Is it possible their no-reply address is on a blacklisted list? (I have it set to safe in our email).

It could be possible that a filter is preventing the email from coming through, but without a rejection notice to go off of, it is difficult to pinpoint the cause. If your contact form provider is unable to configure the form to receive rejection notices, you may want to review a copy of the email that is being sent with our 24 hour support team.

This is a serious ongoing problem with websites hosted somewhere other than GoDaddy using a PHP contact form (or otherwise emailing via PHP). There is no bounce back so there is nothing to go by. Email is certainly not in spam/bulk folder. If (using the exact same PHP script) the delivery email address gets changed to something outside of GoDaddy (say Gmail) it works perfectly.
I have spoken to GoDaddy many times about this and have gotten nowhere with them. They keep saying that without a bounce back message they can not do anything, but their system doesn’t appear to be generating a bounce back message.
I’m a web developer, so I have many clients looking for email solutions… won’t be recommending GoDaddy unless they get this fixed – it’s been a problem for 3 months or so.
