It sounds like you may not be pointing the Domain to the Correct MX Records for your Email Plan Region.

To ensure the Domain is pointing to the Correct MX Records you will want to follow the steps in: Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center.

I could not find out; Select the email account you want to verify MX records for, and then click Server Addresses.

I have the same problem. I can email my personal Yahoo account but cannot reply to or email directly my domain account. I get the error message ‘Remote host said: 550 #5.1.0′.

Actually I’ve sorted it….don’t know how so I’m afraid I can’t help you ecosolution.
