“Sorry, there was a problem saving your message. Please check your network connection and try again.” NOTE *saving* – however the system *does* save the message. I was using the SAVE option when the emails begain having an issue being sent:

“Sorry, there was a problem sending your message. Please check your network connection and try again.”

I had no issue sending emails until this afternoon. It is impacting all of my GoDaddy email accounts. Nothing is being successfully sent. My network connection is working fine, I’ve had no connection issues at all. This is a major issue as it’s impacting my business activity.

@kwissy,

It sounds like you are having trouble sending through an email client. If you have already tried sending email through the outgoing ports (25, 80, 3535, and 465 [SSL]) we have available and this did not make a difference or help, you may want to contact our Support Teams for this one. Doing so will allow us to check the specifics of the email plan to see if there is an issue on our side. You can contact our Support Teams through the following link if necessary:

Thanks,
-Aaron

Why would this be an email client issue? I am also having massive amounts of issues with this error, then the error of login name or password being wrong. If this was the case, the client would never work, but this is obviously an issue with the email server having login issues and connectivity issues,n as it is a situation where everything worked fine, then all of a sudden everyon has an issue. Either Exchange and iOS both went to crap on one day, or you have an issue.

What was the resolution to this? Mine is making me crazy and has been doing it for a while. Mozilla isn’t any better.
