I am unable to send emails. I can receive, but not send. Keep receiving error message to check network connections. That couldn’t be the problem because I have three other email accounts and I can send just fine with those. HELP!! This is my business email and I need to send information ASAP. Thanks.

We are also seeing very long times to send out emails, and getting “Sorry, there was a problem sending your message. Please check your network connection and try again.” when the send fails.

This is in both Firefox and IE. Our network is running fine and bandwidth tests show our internet connection is running great.

Please help.

It sounds like you might be using an email client to send/receive your email. I am taking a guess, so I have provided this article to review:

I am unable to send mail either with my Android email client OR with the web client. I’m getting the same error as other posters to this thread. Also, reading mail is unbearably slow. Please look into this.

We are having the same problems, and now in most cases cannot access Workspace. All of our users have experienced this problem, and when they close Workspace and try to log back in are told that their password is incorrect.

I have tried reconfiguring our settings but this does not help.
