I was looking for an email that was several months old and i cant find it. does the workspace email delete messages automatically? It sounds like you have one or more folders that are set to auto purge. The following article will walk you through viewing/editing these settings.
We do backups nightly, and these records are kept for 30 days. You can contact our Support Team directly to request a restore.

This recently happened to me and my purge settings have been sent to “never”. I lost year’s worth of information as well as contracts that will cost me thousands of dollars not only in lost work, but now in many work hours. I paid for an unlimited account for a reason and now I only have emails dating back to May 28, 2012 (it is July 18th) PLEASE ADVISE as this putting my business at risk and costing me and my family quite a bit of money.
