Hi I own http://www.photobooth-me.com domain (via GoDaddy) I have purchase extra email addresses for staff and want to set up their email addresses under Gmail (not Outlook). How can you best guide me to do this? My staff member has a gmail account and can try to incorporate the work email as an alias but unsure how to do this. pls advise

@photobooth

Are you hosting your photobooth-me.com email with us? Or do you want to host your email with something like Google Apps? Currently, your domain’s MX records are pointing to another provider.

If you would like to host your email with us, you would want to make sure to setup your email addresses. Use the info at the link below for help with that:

http://community.godaddy.com/help/1728

You would then need to update your domain’s MX records to point to us.

Hope this helps!

I set up my domain name with you guys and bought website and email. I thought I could get the email service through gmail. Is there a way I can do this or can i cancel that portion of my plan.

If you have purchased an email plan, then of course it can be canceled. You will want to reach out to our Support Team directly to request the refund. As for using Google as an email provider, this tool with automatically configure the DNS for you:
