Occasionally, I will see feature requests stating how difficult it is to access the “Email Control Center” (ECC).
If you are hosting email addresses with GoDaddy.com and want a more direct route to managing your email accounts, try bookmarking the following URL:
http://ecc.secureserver.net/ecc.php
This will take you to the standard GoDaddy.com Customer Sign In page. But after your Customer Account access credentials have been entered and verified, you will be redirected immediately to the ECC.
From within the ECC, you can click the “My Account” button in the top right corner of the page to access other areas of your account (i.e. Domain Management, Calendar Management, etc.).
From within the ECC, if you need to upgrade/downgrade or cancel an existing email plan; click the “My Account” button and select the “My Account Overview” link. Then click “Email” under the “My Products” heading on the left side of the page.
