Wanted to chime and say I just noticed the error sending mail, found this thread and figured I would say it’s still occurring as of 6:52pm EST. Subscribed for any updates that may come.

still not working – almost 48 hours in now!
michael_l said 2 years, 10 months ago:
Problem still happening 9pm, Pacific time.
Hopefully hotmail isn’t like secureserver.net in clearing this problem. I spent almost 2 weeks with secureserver.net to get them to unblock Emails from one of my sites because the IP address of the host was blocked a few years before I even did business with the host, (but had been fixed and removed from all SPAM lists years prior).
Kind of ironic that secureserver.net is now having to deal with their own servers being blocked.
michael_l said 2 years, 10 months ago:
I sure hope they aren’t as slow as secureserver.net. It took them 2 weeks to unblock one of my sites.

Still broken 7/26/2010 10:22 PM MST Arizona.
Unable to send outbond mail from GoDaddy to hotmail.
GoDaddy e-mail rep says GoDaddy is aware of this issue and is attempting to talk with Micrsoft about lifting the Microsoft block.
christopher521 said 2 years, 10 months ago:
GoDaddy e-mail rep explained that GoDaddy is attempting to ask Microsoft to lift the block. Pending Microsoft response. Still blocked by Microsoft as of 10:20 PM MST Arizona. Unable to send mail to hotmail.com
xpressvanlines said 2 years, 10 months ago:
I don’t understand why godaddy just can’t change the IP address so they are no longer blocked, they should have registered thier servers with Microsoft.
BEN DO YOU HAVE ANY UPDATES FOR US?
flea121 said 2 years, 10 months ago:
Has this issue been resolved?
ben said 2 years, 10 months ago:
We are still working with Microsoft to resolve the issue. We don’t have an ETA, but we’re hopeful that it will be soon.
john_g said 2 years, 10 months ago:
This is happening to both hotmail and MSN addresses for me. I can’t even reply to messages sent to me from these sources. Maybe Microsoft could at least lift that restriction while the other issues get sorted out.
aaquitaine said 2 years, 10 months ago:
It’s still happening as of this morning at 8:43 am PST.
mike_rogers said 2 years, 10 months ago:
Still happening to me as of 915AM pacific time. This is a big problem for me!
backcountry said 2 years, 10 months ago:
This situation is ridiculous and more than just a little inconvient. Between Microsoft and GoDaddy you would think they could have resolved this issue by now. I am certainly not impressed that GoDaddy has not been able to deal with it to this point.
