I’m using Outlook 2010 and have my GoDaddy email account set up as an IMAP account. However, the messages are not deling from theserver when I delete them from Outlook. How can I fix this?

If the messages are not being properly deleted, you will need to ensure that you have properly mapped the folders within your Outlook. If you have already done this, you may want to contact our Support Team as your account may need to be resynchronized.

I am fairly certain the folders are mapped properly. I haven’t experienced this problem before with an IMAP account.I will contact support. Thanks for the quick reply.
