IMAP Fatal Error

I encountered the below error for all my users just few minutes ago. It has caused our whole office work to be paralysed.
“Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following error: Fatal error: Did NOT to connect to an internal server.: No route to host”
Appreciate a speedy resolution.

We did experience an issue with IMAP accounts earlier today which you can find additional information on here:
The issue should be resolved at this time, I would recommend contacting our Support Team directly if you find that you are still experiencing this issue so that we can properly review your affected addresses.

Just to let you know we still having the issue here. I’ll let the support team know, however I thought it would be best to update this thread.

I am still having issues getting emails to download into Outlook. I have been able to get them on my iPad. Is there a trick to make sure the system still will download on several devices. Never had this issue before this week?

Can you be specific about the issues you’re having with Outlook,please? Are you receiving any errors? Have you verified your settings are correct? Have you tried switching ports, both with and without SSL?

I’ve been getting the same error and receive this message:
! Task ‘Synchronizing subscribed folders for XXX XXX XXX.’ Reported error (0x800CCC0F) ‘Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for XXX XXX XXX. Error: The IMAP command cannot be sent to the server before the connection was terminated. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administration or Internet Service Provider (ISP).”
