Import CSV to Contacts

Hi,
I’m want to import a list of 60 contacts into my address book. I have created an csv file with three data fields, first name, last name, and email address.
When I try and import the file, webmail starts and then says “failed to import contacts”.
This is a pretty simple task, I’ve been working with cvs files for years and think I know my way around this stuff. For some reason, I am unable to import into the web mail address book.
Are there guidelines, tip or tricks, I should be aware of? Any help you can provide is appreciated.

The challenge you are facing is a result of the format of your file as compared to the formatting of the .CSV that the application requires. I would recommend exporting the current address book, and use the file as your template.
