Import Emails to Godaddy

I am in the process of migrating a few domains to use GoDaddy email from Gmail. However, I am using the non IMAP version of email because these domains only have one account and do not need more.
How can I copy my old emails from gmail into my godaddy email without having to upgrade to something I do not need? I just want a one shot copy – after that I am fine. Ideas? Possible without IMAP?

You are not able to import emails into our web based email application, however if you use an email client such as Outlook you can download your gmail emails to your computer, back them up, and then set the client settings to use Go Daddy’s server settings. If necessary you can import the back up, however the existing email download to the computer should remain in Outlook if you only update the client settings.

I am using thunderbird – I downloaded the emails from gmail – and would like to copy them into godaddy – i tried to do it – by selecting the emails and saying copy to that account. In thunderbird it shows them in the godaddy inbox – however when i go to webmail – i do not see it.
How can I do this?

As they are on the client, the only way you can get them back to our server is to send them to yourself. Remember that when you use POP email, your client simply retrieves email, it does not sync with the server.

I want to move from Yahoo to GoDaddy unlimited business package which has the imap. Can I import all emails from yahoo to go daddy? I have more than 30,000 email. Is that okay to do that? Is there any standard reliable way to do that?
Thanks,
Michael
