I just setup my EMail service with Godaddy. My old EMail provider only exports contacts in vCards format (.vcf). Workspace email only accepts contacts in (.csv) format. I tried an online converter which converts (.vcf) to (.csv). When i uploaded the file it said ‘contacts read but not imported’.

Can anyone tell me how to convert my contacts to (.csv) because it will take me a lifetime to manually enter 1400+ contacts.

@vimo

If you are receiving the error message ‘contacts read but not imported’, this normally indicates that there is a formatting issue in the CSV file. This can be caused by a few different things, but is typically caused by an incorrect email address in once of the email fields. You will want to check the emails listed to ensure that they contain an @ symbol and that there are no unsupported characters. You may also want to try breaking the CSV file down into smaller pieces. This will allow you to import parts at a time and also better allow you to narrow down what section is causing the error.
