iPhone email outgoing help SMTP incorrect

Hello and thanks in advance for any help. My godaddy email for my domain has been working great since Ive had the iPhone. suddenly last week I get the message:
the user name or password for “SMTP:(EMAIL ADDRESS)@smtpout.secureserver.net is incorrect
Im hoping theres a quick fix for this.
Can anyone help?

We suggest you try to re-add the account again using the steps in the URL below:
Also you can use the GoDaddy App which also works really for checking email:

I tried this with pop and with the other setting and still unable to send email. it is receiving email but wont let me send. when I try to send email is when the error pops up. I would prefer to have all of my email in one inbox on my iphone but I guess if I have to use the application I can try that. Please let me know if there is anything else i can try to solve the outgoing mail issue.

I am having the same problem too….my account is receiving email but wont let me send. It says the server will not recognize my account name~
I have deleted account & re-added it, I have turned off & then on ssl & changed port numbers, I have re-started the phone….nothing is working!

You may want to try turning off your WIFI connection while going through the setup process. After the setup process is complete, you can then turn the WIFI back on.
