I received the error message, “user name or password for imap.secureserver.net is incorrect” on my IPhone 4G when I set up email for 2 email accounts. The messages are available at mobilemail.secureserver, but not on my IPhone. Please let me know what I need to do.

I usually see this error when the email plan you have does not support IMAP. Remember that IMAP is only supported on our Unlimited and Hosted Exchange email plans. The following article will walk you through verifying if your account supports it, and if necessary, how to upgrade and enable the support.
