Is SMTP possible without authentication

Hi, I’m trying to configure a Konica-Minolta 2490MF printer/scanner to be able to scan to e-mail. The scannert allows me to set an SMTP outgoing server name but that’s it. The scanner doesn’t support authentication. Is there any way to get this scanner to send ot e-mail through GoDaddy’s SMTP without authentication?

Without authentication to the server, it will not be possible for the device to send out emails through our SMTP relay services.
