Mac w/Outlook: incoming mail works, outgoing mail does not

Hi,
In Outlook on my Mac, incoming mail is working as it should. Outgoing mail is failing to send. Per Go Daddy instructions, I took a screen shot of results from Terminal in Mac, but I’m not seeing how to attach the screen shot.

If you’d like to send a screen shot to our 24 hour support team, you can attach the screen shot to an email and then send it to Support@GoDaddy.com.
If you’re having trouble sending from an email client, you may want to try an alternate outgoing port number. You can find all of the available port numbers for your email address at http://x.co/infocenter.

On the other link, to check the ports, the “checking for ports” thing just spins.
