All of the emails in my Bulk Mail box from before June 21, 2011 have disappeared sometime in the last couple of days. I haven’t changed any of my settings recently and when I double-checked they are all still set to save all my messages on the server and to never automatically delete anything.

I had many important emails in there that I need.
How can I retrieve them and why does this happen? I’ve had it happen on another account with GoDaddy also. I have an unlimited plan – IMAP.

Please help?

You may want to check your setting through the webmail interface to ensure that you do not have Auto-Purge enabled for any of your folders. As for recovering this, you can get in touch with our Support team to determine if we can restore contents to the account. Know that we only retain backups of this content for up to 30-days.
