My emails appeared to go out but no one is receiving them 5/7 and 5/9

I’m finding that many people did not receive my emails last week even though they are in my sent folder and went out on my end. Was there an issue the 7th through the 9th?

I was not able to locate any reported issued with sending emails on those days. If our email servers encounter any issues when sending an email, you would receive a bounceback error message. I recommend that you contact our support teams with any error messages you received so that this matter can be reviewed further. Our support teams can be reached 24/7 through this page:

This happened to us with every email we sent out. It turned out if our email included a picture or link, it was hitting a firewall. We received no bounceback messages. We removed pictures and links and the emails were received. This means we have to send out very plain emails. One very be downside.

If no bounceback was being received, it’s difficult to determine why the email would not have been received. You can reach out to our support teams with a copy of the email you were trying to send, and our support teams would be able to scan it to see if it would be blocked for anything within our system.
