Typically, when you see that message, it is an indication that your MX records for your domain name may not be correct. You can check your MX records using the steps at the link below:

If the MX records aren’t correct, and if the domain points to our nameservers, you should have a link available to update the MX records automatically. However, if your domain name points to third party hosting nameservers, you would need to update the MX records with your hosting provider.
