@kenny_konnet

Are you receiving a bounceback email? If you are I would advise contacting our support team and providing it to them for their review. You could also post it on the forum, however please ensure you do not include any email addresses in your post.

@arcaid

Are you receiving email in webmail? If so, then it seems like this may be a client settings issue. Could you post the error message you are getting in Entourage. Please omit any email addresses that may be in the error.

Hi Steve,

There is no bounceback email at all. When I click send/receive mail in Outlook, it said the process completed. We are expecting numbers of email to come through, but it didn’t happen.

We are have the same problem as well. There is no NDR or errors so godaddy support has no answers for this. We are missing emails. Email set up is configured on Outlook 2010, pop. We have multiple mail boxes and when I send an email to my co worker same domain, he never receives it. I check internet connectivity during this behavior and everything is fine. CC’ing to external emails like yahoo or gmail works.

<p>Is there answer for this one? I can receive email from everyone unless they have a godaddy account! Been troubleshooting this one for weeks. I have an online business this is ridiculous!

I am also having the same problem. I can send emails out from my godaddy account but nothing comes in. No NDR or errors come to the sender (I have tested with gmail). Last email came in on the 16th.

@Everyone

Without a bounceback or error message, the email is likely being delivered to a location you are not expecting (due to message filtering) or is being queued at some location. I do not have any reports of email queuing or connectivity issues with Outlook. Are you able to confirm email delivery to your webmail or is it not delivered here either?

@adamt

You stated that you can send email but not receive it, for this I would advise contacting our support team to ensure there are no issues with your specific email address.

Your domain name appears to be resolving to our parked IP address and not that of your hosting IP.

Your MX records look to be correct, are you receiving any error when sending or receiving mail?

Same problem here, i am able to send emails through webmail but not able to recieve any – sent from webemail to myself or sent from other domains like gmail, yahoo etc.

Have a ticket open with support regarding this – In my case i do receive an NDR when sent an email from other domains.

NDR:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

xxxxx@mydomain.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected xxxxx@mydomain.com (state 14).

Update: The issue now stands resolved.
Got a response from Godaddy online support :

It appears the domain is set up using the incorrect MX (Mail Exchange) records. Please review the instructions below to correct the problem.

To Update Your MX Records:

1. Log in to your account.
2. From your products menu click “Email”
3. Click “Launch” beside the email plan you wish to work with.
4. On the “Domains” tab, click “Server Addresses” to see your settings.
5. Click “Update my MX records for me.”
6. Click “OK.”

Please allow up to 48 hours for the internet to propagate these DNS changes completely and successfully.

PS: I have’nt tinkered with the MX record settings for my domain, so i think it is something to do with changes done at godaddy end.
