Not receiving emails

Have you checked the MX records for your domain to ensure that they are correct? Typically if you can send but not receive, it’s an indication that your MX records need to be updated.

If the domain is on our nameservers, you should see a link to update the MX records automatically. However, if your domain name points to third party hosting nameservers, you would need to update your MX records with your hosting provider.

I have the same problem. Here’s odd thing, some of my email account open up fast @ email09.securserver.net but all the emails on email11.securserver,net time out and wont let me access them. Can a Tech please look into email11. server…
