@ankitc

If you are able to send emails but not receive emails, this usually indicates that the MX records are not correct in the DNS settings for your domain name. I recommend that you refer to the steps in this article to check your MX records:

I have the same issue, but it is (as far as I know) only happening to one sender, and he is responding to my email.

If you are encountering an issue with one specific sender, they should be receiving a bounceback error message. You should get in touch with them and have them forward you that bounceback message through another address. You can then contact our support teams with that bounceback error message and they will be able to better review the error in relation to your account.

I have a client in Switserland that can not send me emails, they have the correct address because they also send it to my Yahoo accoutn and everything looks fine. The don’t get any type of bounce back message and they receive my messages just fine. I requested they contact thier IT department about it and everything looks good on their end. I’ve called tech support here at godaddy and they that one of the router stations along the line is black listed.

You will need to continue working with our support teams regarding the email issue you have described. Our support teams will need to collect information from you to pass along to our Email Server Administrators. If the associate that is trying to send you emails is not receiving a bounceback, it is generally very difficult to investigate the matter. You should provide our support teams with a copy of the email you associate is attempting to send you as well as the IP address of the server the email is being sent from. Our support teams may be able to further investigate your issue with that information.
