Not recieving emails from website

Hi there,

I have set up an email and website through Go Daddy, but the ‘contact us’ function on teh website doesn’t work. teh messages I write using it don’t appear anywhere. What should I do?

Is the email being sent to an email address hosted on our servers? I would recommend contacting our Support Team to test and review the account for any errors.

This is the trouble, I don’t know where the emails are being sent. We have registered 2 emails via Godaddy which I assume are being hosted by your servers as the email and website was set up via Godaddy? How can we find out if the emails addresses are being hosted by your servers?

The email address the form information ins being sent to was specified by yourself when you set the page up. You can access the information and edit it if you would like.
