outgoing mail password

from the day one i trying to configure in outlook or windows mail.. all the time i am getting below menitoned error. when i type my incoming password also getting the same error

“smtpouy.secureserver.net” is an SMTP relay server. To use this server to send mail. log in to account manager and go the email accounts page to enable SMTP relay on your email account”

i did then also i am getting the same error.

please support to solve this issue

The outgoing password will always be the same as the incoming. You do need to authenticate into the outgoing server smtpout.secureserver.net. If somehow, your passwords have been desynchronized, you’ll want to reset your password through the Email Control Center. If you access the Email InfoCenter, you can verify your server and port settings, as well as download our Outlook Setup Tool.
