outlook 10 set up doesn’t work

I am getting mixed up with what my password and user name are supposed to be I enter my login info is this correct?

The user name you should be using in Outlook is your full email address, and the password would be the one you created for that particular email address. Information on manually setting up Outlook can be reviewed in this article:
