Hi sherrod,
I can confirm that the problem subhash and amir have is almost certainly server-side. I am experiencing the exact same issue as subhash has mentioned with Outlook. This is despite the fact I have been successfully using the mail client for over a year with these username/password combinations.

The last successful retrieval of email was 4 hours ago.

I’m able to open up webmail, but just can’t open up any mail client (using the pop or imap server addresses.

@subhash

I’m glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you encounter any other issues, please feel free to follow up on the Forums, or contact our 24/7 support teams.

@stuart_nz

Were you still encounter the error at this time? If you were, this error might be caused by a large number of emails being in your Inbox. If you have a large number of emails in your Inbox, you might want to try sorting them into a few different folders to see that alleviates the issue.
