If you have contacted our Team, and tried all of the ports for the SMTP server, you may have an ISP that is blocking the connection to our servers. this is common as your provider would prefer that mail from email clients be sent from their own severs. Simply program your client to use your ISP’s SMTP server. This will not affect the functionality of your email.

Hi Jason,
How do I know who my provider is? I thought it was GoDaddy.
How do I know who my client is? It’s MY account- Im the only person using it.
How do I ‘program my client to use my ISP’s SMTP server’? When I don’t know who my client is or what my ISP’s SMTP server is…
Why can I receive emails- but can’t send out???

You provider being your ISP. Your client will be the email application you are using, Apple/Mac mail. Your ISP will have their own SMTP servers, and should have them listed, or will give them to you upon request.
