pending setup?

I have used numerous hosting companies and all of them allow you to add email accounts and use them immediately.
Why the delay? Can’t I just do it myself?

The Pending setup status typically only last a minute or two. If the Domain is set properly to point to the correct mx records, all you would need to do is refresh the view and the Email should show active.
To ensure the Domain is pointing to the Correct MX Records you will want to follow the steps in: Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center.
