I’m having trouble receiving emails. Outgoing emails are working just fine, but replying to said emails (from secondary accounts) is not working.

To clarify, I have the basic email account setup that comes with purchasing a hosting plan.

It sounds like you may not be pointing the Domain to the Correct MX Records for your Email Plan Region.

To ensure the Domain is pointing to the Correct MX Records you will want to follow the steps in: Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center.
