Hy, lately i’ve been having problems with receiving e-mails. It always gives me this error (i’ve been trying to send e-mails for another e-mail i have):
“Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 553 553 sorry, that address is not in my list of allowed recipients; no valid cert for gatewaying (#5.7.1) (state 14)” (this e-mail was sent from a g-mail e-mail adress) and other people told me they can’t e-mail me also. i really need to use the e-mail, cand anybody tell me what to do? Thank you very much.

@missrux

Can you please reply with your domain name so that I can review your current MX and SPF records?

Typically this error is caused by a misconfiguration of the MX records for the domain name. Your records appear to be correct from what I can determine on a public DNS look up. I would suggest contacting our Support Team with the email address in question, a copy of the bounce back error and full headers for proper review.

@missrux

Thanks for providing your domain. It looks like you have an extra MX record set up for your domain which is likely causing this issue. Please ensure that you only have these settings:

MX 0 smtp.europe.secureserver.net
MX 10 mailstore1.europe.secureserver.net
